Our butcher is skilled in custom butchery, and we can cut your meat to your exact specifications. Just let us know how you want it, and we'll take care of the rest. We are happy to pre-patty burgers to order, cube your steak, dice chicken ... you name it!
We offer both local and regional beef, both the highest of quality. Regionally we provide fresh cut to order Ribeyes, New York Strips, and Filets that are Upper 2/3 Choice. In addition, our ground beef is taken directly from steak trimmings, and we know you will enjoy the taste! Need a roast? Our chuck roasts are so flavorful and again, cut to order.
We feature local Beef from Dent Farms right here in Lincolnton. Dent offers cuts in addition to the above as well as steak boxes and speciality items (heart, liver, 1/2 cow, whole cow, etc)
We feature high quality local lamb and pork, alos from Dent Farms - variety of cuts available and special orders welcomed.
We feature high quality boneless chicken breasts most typically sourced out of Georgia via our supplier network. We can get additional cuts as needed and carry whole chickens from time to time.
We source high quality pork loins via our supplier network and can cut to order to ensure you get just what you want. Great tasting slab bacon, link sausage, and sausage patties make any breakfast table complete!
If you can think of it, we can most likely get it. We typically have on hand salmon, scallops, a couple of varieties of shrimp, crab legs, lobster tails, and we will feature other fish as they are fresh and available.
